Comments: I was very excited to find this merchant. The product was just what I was looking for. The price was somewhat higher than I wanted to pay; and there was only one shipping option available. The tracking option through the email I received never showed where the phone was, just that it had been sent, so after several days I became concerned and called. The phone number is listed right on the site, and was answered by a live person after just a couple of rings. I felt as if I was interupting the person who answered the phone, but I got the information I needed and the phone arrived the next day. The phone was in great condition. I am overall very happy with the experience, and would purchase from here again.
