Returns
Our 30 day Guarantee means "if you are not satisfied with your
purchase for any reason simply return for exchange". Refunds are given on
defective equipment only. Refund or exchange does not include paid freight.
Individual item return policy may very. Be sure the phone is in the same
condition as you received it. Any damaged or altered equipment will not be
entitled to a refund or exchange. Review all individual store items for
additions or deletions to this policy.
Returned items: Cellunex.com will refund or exchange the listed price for the
handset within 30 days of sale. cellunex.com will not be responsible for user
delays. All refunds are mailed a check within 7 days of returned receipt. email
